Ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder
Egg whites.
Mix in a bowl. NO WATER!! Use it just as you would pancake batter.
I use two servings of Egg Beaters and my protein powder has 130 calories, making this 250 calories. I prefer to make just one huge thick pancake but you can make smaller ones with this. Yields around 2-4 smaller pancakes.
Add blueberries (about 17 calories per oz) to the batter for blueberry pancakes!! And try chocolate protein powder for a chocolatey pancake taste.

Protein Sludge - aka pudding!!
Ingredients:
2 scoops of your favorite protein powder
2 tablespoons PB2 powder peanut butter
Water.
Mix the protein powder with the PB2 and then just a little bit of water and mix, adding more water if needed. A little water goes a long way. Use less water for a thicker pudding and more for softer.
Calories? Here's a sample. My protein powder has 130 calories per scoop and the PB2 has 45 calories per two tablespoons, making this 305 calories. Yields quite a bit of pudding.
Add some fruits, i.e. apples or strawberries, for a a great dessert!! Slice 2 apples for a great afternoon treat. Great for kids! Adding two apples makes this 465 calories and it has fiber and protein!
